JEREMY RANCH
This is a guide to the five townhome developments in the Jeremy Ranch neighborhood. They include Canyon Links, Jeremy Point Golf Villas, Jeremy Woods, Overlook at Jeremy Ranch, and View Pointe at Jeremy Ranch, for a total of more than 150 units. These townhomes are all best suited as a primary residence or second home. All have a 2 car, garage and none allow short term rentals.
Jeremy Ranch is one of Park City’s largest residential areas and like Park Meadows has over 1,000 single family homes and a championship golf course. The PGA senior tour played the Jeremy Ranch course from 1982 – 1992. Jeremy Ranch is approximately 4 miles to Kimball Junction shopping & dining, 10 miles from Park City’s Main Street, and 30 miles to SLC International Airport.
Jeremy Ranch offers easy access to I-80, has a gas station with car wash, one of Park City’s four elementary schools and is about ½ mile to Fresh Market and several Pinebrook restaurants.
