Why Park City Townhomes?

Old Town

Many primary residence buyers, eager to be in the midst of everything, are drawn to Old Town’s charm and vibrancy.  It rates number one in terms of walkability, ski access, and proximity to shops, restaurants, night life and special events.

Aerie

Aptly named, the Aerie neighborhood sits perched like an eagle’s nest above Old Town. It is located in the heart of Park City, between Prospector Square and Lower Deer Valley, and is accessed by Deer Valley Drive.

Prospector

A local’s favorite, the Prospector Neighborhood is bordered by schools, the Rail Trail, parks, and the Prospector Square commercial area. Prospector is a fun, community with its own distinct, neighborly vibe and remarkable accessibility to everything in town.

Park Meadows

The centrally located, master-planned subdivision of Park Meadows surrounds the Park Meadows Country Club and has become one of Park City’s favorite residential areas for full-time residents. Park Meadows real estate includes an eclectic mix of property types.

Thaynes Canyon

The Thaynes Canyon neighborhoods are a favorite among locals. They span from the flat terrain below the Park City Ski Area, up into the steeper parcels of Iron Mountain, and along the hillsides stretching behind the famous white barn.

Park West Village

Park West Village lies between Old Ranch Road and White Pine Canyon at the entrance to Canyons Village, part of the nation’s largest ski resort. The neighborhood has a very private feel despite it’s very convenient location.

Sun Peak

Nestled between the world renowned Olympic Winter Sports Park and Park City Canyons Ski Resort, the popular Sun Peak neighborhood is within walking distance of schools, churches and world-class walking and biking trails.

Snyders Mill

Snyders Mill is a small, quiet neighborhood bordered on the north by Parley’s Park Elementary School, with the New Montessori School, and Copper Moose Farms to the south, and Willow Creek Estates Park adjacent on the east.

Silver Springs

Silver Springs is a preferred residential community for full-time residents, due in part to its convenient proximity to both Park City proper and Salt Lake City, and its world-class recreation access. It is a peaceful, community with private lakes, playgrounds, trails and parks.

Ranch Place

Ranch Place is a family-oriented community with neighborhood parks, 115 acres of open space and miles of well-maintained trails. This highly sought after neighborhood offers the beauty of the wetlands, views of the surrounding mountains and convenience to Redstone.

Willow Creek

Willow Creek Estates is located near the picturesque pastureland North of Old Ranch Road and some of the best amenities around. It is a newer subdivision that attracts people seeking large, luxury homes, privacy, and convenience.

Pinebrook

Located in the pine trees just west of Kimball Junction, Pinebrook is one of the larger and more varied neighborhoods in Park City. Residents enjoy world-class recreation at their doorsteps, plus the convenience of the city within easy reach.

Jeremy Ranch

Jeremy Ranch is a popular, family-oriented, mountain community that offers a lifestyle of luxury and comfort at its highest level. Located on the north side of I-80, just west of Kimball Junction, it is situated around a private, 18-hole, golf course.

Summit Park

Summit Park is a favorite among commuters seeking mountain living & world class recreation. It is tucked along the ridge lines at the top of Parley’s Summit (7,000 feet), providing the easy access to both Park City and the Salt Lake Valley.

Silver Creek

This is an ideal neighborhood if you prefer more space and the feeling of being far removed from town, but desire a short commute to the things you need and the activities you enjoy doing.

Trailside

Trailside gets its name from its wonderful proximity to some of Park City’s best hiking, biking and Nordic skiing trails. Just to the south lies Round Valley and nearly 700 acres of preserved open space.
