This is a guide to the seven townhome developments in the Pinebrook Neighborhood – Brook Hollow Village, Cedar Ridge, Courtyard at Quarry Village, Discovery Ridge, Elk Run, Pinebrook Cottages and Quarry Springs. These seven subdivisions are all located in the lower section, near shopping, dining and access to Interstate 80. Pinebrook, while a little further from skiing and Main Street Park City, has the advantage of being a quicker trip to Salt Lake City and the SLC International Airport. It is also convenient to Park City’s network of trails and all that Kimball Junction has to offer.
This group of townhomes is geared toward residential living as a primary residence or second home. All have a two car garage and they also offer some yard space or decks for enjoying the out of doors. Quarry Springs, one of the newest properties has a pool and clubhouse for their residents.
