Trailside

Trailside gets its name from its wonderful proximity to some of Park City’s best hiking, biking and Nordic skiing trails. Just to the south lies Round Valley and nearly 700 acres of preserved open space covered in sage, scrub oak, mountain mahogany and a variety of wildflowers.

The Trailside area has a very diverse mix of neighborhoods. Whereas Highland Estates is horse property with a very eclectic mix of homes dating back to the mid 70’s, just over the hill is Mountain Ranch Estates with much newer homes about twice the size.  Its subdivisions include Silver Summit, Sage Brook, Sun Meadow, Park Ridge Estates, Highland Estates, Trailside and Mountain Ranch Estates.  All areas share easy access to an elementary school, a beautiful and well maintained park, including an innovative bike park, and of course the wonderful trail system.  Residents also enjoy a convenience factor.  Kimball Junction shopping and the municipal field house is to the West.  I-80 is just to the north and to the south is Quinn’s Junction, which includes a recreation complex, ice rink, the National Ability Center and the Park City Medical Center and clinics.
