Ranch Place

Ranch Place is a family-oriented community with two neighborhood parks, 115 acres of open space and miles of well-maintained trails. Among the contiguous subdivisions that are a part of the Silver Springs Community, Ranch Place is newer. It borders the Swaner Nature Preserve and is closest to Kimball Junction and Interstate 80. This highly sought after neighborhood offers the beauty of the wetlands, views of the surrounding mountains and convenience to Redstone. Ranch Place has approximately 250 single family homes and 28 common area parcels. Although lot sizes are comparable to other Silver Springs subdivisions the feeling is more spacious in Ranch Place as many homes are adjacent to the wetlands to the north and the flat stretch of open meadow to the south.
