I’ve been a City resident since 1987. I first lived in Park Meadows, and in 2002 moved my family to Prospector. Layla and I prefer living in town, with quick access to our office, Main Street, year-round recreation, music and other entertainment events. As Park City has matured areas outside the City have become much more convenient to recreation and entertainment, so living in-town is a great choice, but not the only choice.
The Prospector area is a very walk-able location. It enjoys great bus service and is close to restaurants, schools, health and wellness services, performing arts and Sundance venues. The neighborhood’s stand-out feature is the Historic Rail Trail, with great access to mountain biking and hiking trails.
Just south, or uphill from the rail trail is where you will find Chatham Crossing and Canyon Crossing, a couple of Park City’s choice “right sizing” options!
