OLD TOWN: CENTRAL OLD TOWN
Old Town Park City is a mix of single-family homes, condos and townhomes. When I moved to Park City in the late 80’s, Old Town had more full-time residents than they do today, and the transformation of the area has been nothing short of remarkable. Fine dining restaurants, bars, shops and art galleries line the historic Main Street top to bottom. Many homes and townhome properties have been added.
The Old Town area stretches from the Park City Mountain Resort base to the Park City Municipal Golf Course, and south along Deer Valley Drive. It is a very vibrant part of town!
This is one of a three-part review of the 15 townhome developments in the neighborhood of Old Town. We’ve organized this guide into the three geographical areas mentioned above – Central Old Town, Park City Golf Course Area, and Deer Valley Drive. Most of these properties have really good access to the free city bus which is ideal for both personal use and rentability.
