Lower Deer Valley has a mix of townhomes (12 subdivisions), condos (14 Subdivisions) and single-family homes (7 subdivisions). When Deer Valley opened in December 1981, there were just 32 runs and only 4 lifts. Aspenwood and Queen Esther were the only townhomes built then. The area was mostly built out by the late 90’s.
In addition to being in a beautiful area, Lower Deer Valley owners and guests enjoy easy ski access and close proximity to Old Town shopping and dining. Park City’s excellent transit bus service makes it easy for visitors to skip needing a car rental.
Lower Deer Valley has an excellent open space area with ponds and walking trails and the Deer Valley Café is a local’s favorite. Lower Deer Valley, like most areas in Park City have great hiking and mountain biking trails and of course lift served mountain biking in the summer season.
