Kimball Junction Area Townhomes

Park City has an interesting mix of suburban, urban and resort neighborhoods.  Kimball Junction is the main exit from I-80 to Park City.  At the heart of Kimball Junction area is Redstone Center with lots of shopping, dining, coffee shops, gas, car wash, fitness, massage, hotel, movies, healthcare and a handful of townhome subdivisions.  The residential townhomes in Redstone all have private garages, good trail access and allow short term rentals.  While Kimball Junction area is further from the slopes than most other townhomes that are used for short term rentals, being able to hop right on I-80 is a plus for visitors who also like to ski the resorts in the Cottonwoods like Snowbird, Alta and Solitude.

Newpark Resort Residences, Newpark Terrace, Nevis at Newpark and Fox Pointe at Redstone are townhome subdivisions in Redstone.  About half the units in Fox Point are townhomes and the others are single level stacked condos.  There is one other small townhome subdivision in the Kimball Junction area, which is across the highway from Redstone called Fiddich Glen.  These 12 units have a 2 car garage and also allow short term rentals.
