When I moved to Park City in 1987 I rented a Park Meadows Racquet Club condo, and shortly thereafter purchased a Park Meadows home on Little Kate. I have many fond memories of the neighborhood. Park Meadows is Park City’s largest in-town neighborhood, with more than 1000 single family homes and more than 500 residential townhomes. It can be accessed from two points on Highway 224 and also from Kearns Blvd (hwy 248). The Park Meadows Country Club golf course serves as back yard to some units in 4 of the 5 townhome properties inside of Park Meadows, providing a beautiful visual backdrop.
This is a guide to the six townhome developments in Park Meadows – The Cove at Eagle Mountain, Last Sun at the Cove, Fairway Village, Racquet Club and Lakeview Cottages.
The MARC (formerly known as Park City Racquet Club) is a great amenity for local residents, with 11 tennis courts, a recreation pool, lap pool, fitness center and gymnasium (doubles as Sundance venue), and more.
The City bus serves part of Park Meadows, and there are two points of entry to our beloved Round Valley trail network. The McCleod Creek Trail that skirts the west side of the neighborhood is also a very popular amenity of residents, similar to how the rail trail is viewed by Prospector residents.
